| Description |
Our client is looking for the above position to add to their ranks.
Responsibilities:
- Coaches and develops the team in the area of instructional design, including training need analysis, setting clear objectives, measuring progress toward objectives, providing clear and relevant coaching and feedback
- Develops instructional design standards and guidelines for use in Leadership Institute
- Designs and develops instructional activities using a variety of media (i.e., e-Learning, instructor-led training, webinar training, etc.)
- Devises evaluation/assessment strategy to measure effectiveness of the development program, determine return on investment and promote continuous improvement
- Shares instructional design expertise within and outside the department to increase awareness of how design can strategically and tactically improve performance
- Leads particular projects, including creating statements of work, project plans, milestones for new program development, etc
- Consults with the HR and TL&D team to utilise their expertise in the provision of appropriate training interventions for employee at different level of career developments
- Builds the creditability of the Leadership Academy by running the best-in-class training thru in-house or certified trainers
Requirements:
- Training and teaching experience, and experience in talent management which is best
- Knowledge on instructional design and training technology (i.e. LMS)
- Language skill ( English and Chinese)
- Resourcefulness and networking
