Main Responsibilities:
1.Be member of Treasury team to ensure applicable treasury management guidelines, standards and authorities are being followed
2.Contribute to deliver World Class Treasury capabilities with the objective to improve company profitability and cash flow
3.Daily use of Treasury Work Station to produce liquidity reports, reconcile cash movements and fund bank accounts for COMPANY China legal entities, or for other Asia entities as part of the cross-region support arrangement of company treasury group.
4.Support internal or external financing processes, eg. Bank loans, intercompany loans, dividend, guarantee, etc..
5.Support cash flow analysis, forecast and financing plan.
6.Work with business teams or capability departments to interact with relationship banks and government authorities (SAFE, PBOC, etc) to solve issues relating to treasury so as to ensure smooth business operations.
7.Work with accounting team to complete internal control and external compliance processes relating to treasury, eg. Audit, SAFE inspection, loan card renewal, etc.
8.Manage foreign currency position, transactions and risks, eg. Cross border settlements, currency conversion, trade finance, etc.

Main Requirements:
1.Bachelor's degree or above major in finance/ business/ commerce
2.Over 5 years finance related working experience in foreign invested company, bank working experience (dealing with MNC customers) a plus
3.Knowledge of payment instruments, trade settlement tools, with corporate cash management experience a plus (daily cash flow/ forecast, e-banking, pooling, netting, treasury work station, etc.)
3.Familiar with foreign exchange control regulations and compliance operations
4.Knowledge of bank loan process
5.Corporate cash flow analysis and forecast skills
6.Fluent in written and spoken English
7.Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8.Cash management experience covering other Asian countries a plus
