Our client, a reputable international bank due to their expanding in China, they are seeking a Senior Business Manager to join their Beijing office to get involved in their business strategy planning.

Responsibilities:

• Support the segments business goals and growth strategy, identify improvement opportunities, work on ad hoc projects as required
  
• Effective creation of all MIS to assist Business Head to plan and implement sales strategies
• Close liaison with RMs, CRC/Credit and other departments to tighten operation & credit risk
• Lead on audit and operational risk management

Requirements:

• University degree major in Business / Finance / Accounting, MBA preferred
• Preferably familiar with the bank's sales, products, finance, credit, and operations system and procedure
• Preferably familiar with the bank's sales, products, finance, credit, and operations system and procedure
• More than 5 years experience in banking industry, preferably in Sales, products, Finance or Credit Operation
• Treasury experience with other multinational corporate is also considerable
• Excellent PC skills, preferable Excel and Access
• Committed and hardworking
• Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with all levels in an organization
• Strong customer and service focus, willing to work under pressure
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent oral and written English / Mandarin
