Responsibilities:
To drive the local business, business development and implementation of strategic decisions in the region.
To drive localization of strategy, products, standards, processes and protocol.
To lead, supervise and support the management of all Project JV in the region, and make decisions on corrective action where necessary to ensure alignment with strategic decisions.
Local presence and network.
Performance of local business, in terms of alignment with Head Office and strategic decisions, successful localization of people, strategy, products, standards, process and protocol, as well as business sustainability and profitability.
Communicate with Local government officials, local partners, and all relevant stakeholders in business execution;

Requirements:

University graduate;
Proven 10 year+ experience and knowledge in the local market.
Proven local network
Proven general management experience with market leaders in real estate.
All-round knowledge of real estate – product, project management and operation, but not necessarily specific professional expertise.
Proactive leadership
Always aiming to seek for win-win solution, and to contribute positively to the welfare of the local society and people.
Promote participation in decision making process.
